Tickets for the Koszalin Narrow-Gauge Railway can be purchased:
- at the ticket office before departure in the Koszalin Wąskotorowy station building at 4 Kolejowa Street
- on board the train
- via the e-podróżnik website
It is also possible to book seats for groups in advance by calling 601-154-937 or by emailing sekretariat@waskotorowka.koszalin.pl;
